The Scarecrow in the "Wizard of Oz" and The Wiz is my favorite character! There are many reasons why I love this character but the main reason is because the the Scarecrow always understood the importance of brain power!
I admonish you to use your "brain power @ work! Always be helpful to others in the work environment. Always assist your co-workers! There are enough accolades to go around and even if you do not get any credit for helping others...Remember it really feels awesome to do something for others! Just remember you may be the next person who needs someone to assist you!
Use your brain power to be nice to others! How difficult is it to be nice to your co-workers? Trust me if it is difficult for you get along with your co-workers then the problem may be you! Give yourself an attitude adjustment to improve the work situation! Be nice..play fair!!!
Use your brain power to take the "High Road!" If a co-worker is getting on your last baby nerve then stop allowing them to get on your last baby nerve! Stop giving them the power to hurt you! Only you can give away this power! Do not allow your co-workers to steal your joy!
Use your brain power to improve your work environment! Pray, talk to God about your work environment! Use your brain power, then salute the Scarecrow because "Brain Power Rocks especially in the workplace!
