Believe it or not one of the most successful ways of working well with people on the job is to pray at work and pray without ceasing! You have to remember that we truly do not wrestle against flesh and blood in the workplace and in life! Yes, my friends, God said it best in Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, the rulers of darkness, of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places." Therefore, we must all wear our spiritual armour in the workplace.
Just to let you know this spiritual armour includes (for your own protection),the shoes are preparation of peace, the shield of faith, the breastplate of righteousness,the helmet of Salvation and when you are wearing this armour you are ready for the battle against the enemy! The enemy does not want us to succeed in life or in the workplace! The more drama created in the workplace the better it is for enemy! Drama causes pain, suffering, confrontations, arguments, and unrest! The enemy strives in this environment. Stop him from making your work environment unbearable!
It only takes one person to change the work environment!!! That person may as well be you!
So pray at your job! Pray before, during and after after work! Put on your armour and deal with the enemy on your job. You are ready for the battle!!! Improve your work environment one person at a time!
