"It's Not About You!"

Once again the message is clear...It's Not About You!" It certainly isn't about you in the work place! Although many people think it is! It truly is about everyone in the work environment collectively, not individually!
It is about working together for the common good! It is about making sure the work goals are accomplished. It is about getting along with your co-workers. It is definitely about making sure that everyone knows that there is no "I" in the word "team!"
Come on work with me people! We all know we need each other to survive in the work place! At work you will find a group of symbiotic relationships! It would be better for everyone if everyone worked well together! A lot more could be accomplished when everyone realize that it is not about each one of them because it is about all of them! What an awesome easy concept? Why can't we all get it?
Please remember when you are working that it is not about "You" in your work environment...It is about "Everyone!"
