"Man/Woman In The Mirror!"

I admonish you to start with the man in the mirror when it comes to work related issues! Are you doing what you can to make the workplace (world) a better place? Are you taking the proverbial high road?
Are you doing whatever you can to make the work environment (world) an awesome place to experience a divine appointment? Come on, "work with me people!" The time has come for you to check the man in the mirror and do whatever you can do to help improve the work environment!
Do you have issues at work? Come on work with me people, we all have issues! But what are you doing about your issues? Are you trying to work with the powers that be to work through your issues? I pray that you are working on your issues in positive productive ways! You can do this, I have total faith in you!!!
Take a really long look at yourself in that mirror and then realize that you have the power, yes little ole you you have the power to make your job a better place! If everyone had the attitude of improving their workplace everyone would win! It would truly be a win-win situation!!! Check your man in the mirror and then do your part to improve your work environment today!!!

"Walk On By!"

Many times in the work environments we are faced with confrontations and potential confrontations and what do we do? We engage! Why do we engage? We engage because our egos are bruised, our feelings are hurt, we are in a bad place and we want to lash out, we like a good fight, and they (your favorite antagonistic peers) deserve it! If any of these answers sound or feel familiar hold your hand up! Now put it down!
We are all adults here! Work with me people ...it takes 2 to argue! Don't do it! Take the high road! Don't listen to that person who is trying to get you to engage in a confrontation! There is more going on in that person's life than you can even imagine! It is not about you!!! Don't give them the pleasure of dragging you down to their level! You can do this! Don't let them steal your joy! Walk on by....

"Prayer Has A Place In The Workplace...Trust Me!

Prayer has a place in the workplace...trust me! If you have had one Murphy's Law day at work...you know what I mean! It only takes one of the those days when everything is going wrong to make you realize that you really really need to pray a lot at work! I have been in the middle of total chaos and I have pray to God and He has changed my whole workday! Just one word from God can turn around your day, your week, your year, your life at work or anywhere!
So pray at work during the good times and the bad! Here is an awesome tip...pray to God when times are good and thank Him so that the good times will continue! Also pray to Him when times are not so good so that He can stop the insanity! Trust me God answers prayers! Our only jobs are to pray, trust and believe! Yes, my friend prayer has a place in the workplace and it's our job to pray and then trust and believe in a Daddy who will not leave us or forsake us!
