"Laughter, Smiling, Being Nice Is Cheap Medicine!"

Have you worked with people who refuse to laugh, smile, be sociable, or just plain be nice? Isn't it a real pain to work with this kind of individual? Are you this type of individual? If you are it time for attitude adjustment!!! These type of people are absolutley no fun to be around! They make the work place an emotion land mind and they cause others to be unhappy also!

If you are one of these types of people, stop it! You are causing to much drama in the work place!!! If you are not one of these types of people then do not respond to the negativity! It is not what happens to you in this world...it is how you react to it!

So laugh while you are work! For goodness sake there must be something fun or funny in your job! If there isn't you do not belong there! Laughter feels good and it is contagious! Smile at your job...you will be surprised how many faces you will light up in the work place! Do not forget to be nice... Everyone needs someon to be nice to them...Trust Me!!!

You will find that the laughter, smiles, and being nice will keep you sane and healthier! They are all cheap medicine!!!

"Someone's Got To Take the High Road!"

Someone's got to take the high road...It may as well be you! There are many times in the workplace when things are totally chaotic and everyone appears to be losing their very last minds, they are saying really mean ugly things, and don't forget the madness... someone's got to take the high road!

Let's face it people we have all witnessed and have been a part of all of that misery! I beg the question, did "You" take the high road? Listen people if you didn't take the high road then you can take the high road in the near future for I promise that chaos, loss of minds, saying of mean ugly things and the madness will return! Be prepared, they are like bad pennies they keep showing up!!!

As I tell my boys it isn't what happens to you....It how you react to what happens to you!!! So even though the world is not treating you right and the chaos, loss of minds, and the mean ugly words and the madness are overwhelming, you do not have to react in a negative way! Take the high road...Someone has to!

It may as well be you and you may be the change that is needed to stop all of the madness.

Take the high road and see!!!

"Who's The Boss?"

Who's the boss at your job? Whoever that may be he/she must realize that in order to be a good leader he/she must be a servant! Remember how Jesus washed the feet of His disciples? I am not advocating that every boss must wash the feet of their employees "definitely not!" However, I know from experience that employees appreciate it when the supervisor or manager jumps in to help them! Serve your staff and they will serve you!

Work with your staff! Show them that you care! Get in there and be one of the worker bees! People notice! People appreciate the help! The work gets done and you may gain allies on the way! It is a win win situation!

Man/Woman In the Mirror

Please always remember to take a close look at yourself when you are complaining about people in the work environment! Look at that man/woman in the mirror and make the necessary changes!

Are you causing problems for your co-workers? Are you argumentative, unkind, mean, vindictive, unforgiving, and just plain disagreeable! If any of these characteristics relate to you...It is time to clean up your act! If you want to see change in others you may need to change yourself! Think about this!

Look within yourself! Truly examine yourself and see what you can do to improve your work environment! You will be amazed! Take a look at the man/woman in the mirror and make the necessary change to make the work enivronment a better place!!!

You and your co-workers will all benefit! This is a gift that keeps on giving....

"Treat People the Way You Want to Be Treated "

       I admonish you to treat your co-workers the way you want to be treated!  Whether it is knowledge, advice, kind words, love, peace, understanding, and/or friendship you must share with your co-workers!  Treat your co-workers the way you want to be treated!  Do not pretend that you you do not care if your co-workers are nice to you!  Of course you care!  Work with me people!  Treat your co -workers the way you want to be treated and stand back and see what happens!  I guarantee that God will show up and show out!  Remember garbage in, and garbage out!!!  Remember treat people nicely and they will most likely return the favor!!!
